ROCK and PULSE

This week (Friday 24th July) ROCK & PULSE will both return face-to-face! Please note: No CLIKK (years K-2) at this stage.

We have some important details for you, so please read on…
For ROCK (years 3-6):

  1. Same Time: 4.30pm – 6pm. (NOTE: there is a gap between ROCK & PULSE to allow for changeover and cleaning between groups)
  2. Same Cost: $3
  3. Hand sanitiser and other precautions will be implemented according to the guidelines and current restrictions – there is a clear plan in place to help us protect everyone.
  4. On arrival/drop-off and departure/pick-up – It is important that all parents/carers stay in their cars. Parents, please don’t come in and mingle for the time being in order to reduce the risk and help us not exceed our number limits.
  5. Sign in  – We will have an adult in the carpark to check children in on arrival (and get current contact details from you) – This will help us to contact you, should there be a need.
  6. Please do not attend if you are feeling unwell or displaying symptoms or if you have been in contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19

For PULSE (years 7-12):

  1. New Time: 6.30pm – 8.15pm.
  2. No dinner – we love sharing a meal together but for now, we will just have a few ‘pre-packaged’ snacks. Please eat before you come.
  3. Cost will be a gold coin only, until we can do dinner again.
  4. Hand sanitiser and other precautions will be implemented – there is a clear plan in place to help us protect everyone.
  5. On arrival/drop-off and departure/pick-up – It is important that all parents stay in their cars. Parents, please don’t come in and mingle for the time being in order to reduce the risk and help us not exceed our number limits.
  6. Kids will need to sign in and provide a parent’s phone number. This will help us to contact you, should there be a need.
  7. Please do not attend if you are feeling unwell or displaying symptoms or if you have been in contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19

And…Social Distancing? Under the current guidelines provided by the Anglican Diocese of Sydney, children do not need to social distance from one-another, however, must do so from leaders (and leaders must distance from each other) – we understand a similar approach is already occurring in schools.

We really look forward to seeing you, and why not invite a friend!

Let us know if you have any further questions.

Steve, Lauren and the team!
